was founded on one mission, providing clients with eye-popping, original, and professional aerial photography/videography and general video production. The sky, and ground, hold no limits for our creatvity! We are an FAA licensed commercial UAS and insured drone and video production studio. We capture, edit, and produce some of the best HD reels/photos in the business! We capture unique never before seen prospectives of landmarks, homes, and stunning landscapes while staying original and dynamic with our post production edits. We fly, we snap, we shoot, we edit, we interview, and we produce some of the most eye-popping videos on the market. Some of our clients include, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, EXP Realty, Accenture, Canon, New Relic, RSM, Oculus, and BDS Marketing.

KMDeco Creative Solutions LLC is a certified FAA commercial and fully insured operation. When flying we fly with safety first and use only the latest in cutting edge aerial capturing devices. We are able to operate in class B airspace and are able to apply for special area clearances directly through the FAA.

We opperarte with over 10 years of pilot-in-command FAA certification experience in addition to being a one stop shop video production studio. We are also a graphics and animation powerhouse, offering services and image quality others just can’t compete with. We are one of the first companies to utilize an aerial anamorphic lens enabling us to capture more and provide butter-smooth cinematic perspectives from above. Our graphics punch and cinematics glisten because of our polished workflow pre and post-production.

KMDeco Creative Solutions LLC specializes in showcasing property from the most unique, wide angle, and varying perspectives. We capture both interior and exterior video and images with the bonus of aerial photos and videos as well. We are one of the only companies in the US to offer an aerial anamorphic lens option. The anamorphic is a super wide angle lens the allows for us to capture obscenely wide-angle shots without any lens distortion. The lens also captures the most stunning natural cinematic lens flares that further enhance the final product. All capture packages are customized with each client based on scale of property, budget, and desired addons like the aerial anamorphic photo/video package. Our postproduction work is state of the art and we enhance every pixel to showcase our client properties in the best light possible.

We also specialize in creating realtor showcase, property walkthroughs, and realtor introduction reels. Utilizing the best in interview stye capture inclusive of high definition audio and stabilized moving shots with a gimbal, there is no limit to how we can showcase you, the realtor, and the properties you represent.
